1. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Refunds will be processed accordingly based on this method (see Section 5).
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The product delivered does not match the description on our website.
 
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
 - 
It must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
 
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product was used, damaged by the customer, or is missing parts.

The return request is initiated beyond the allowed timeframe.
 - 
The product is customized or part of a clearance sale.
 
4. Return Process

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of cash at the time of item pickup or via bank transfer if preferred and applicable.
 
Note: Refunds are not provided for items rejected due to damage caused after delivery.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you must wait for delivery and request a return as per our policy.
